May you feel supported, empowered, and at home in your healing journey.

Thank you for being here.

My work is rooted in gratitude—for the teachers who have guided me, the patients and students who have trusted me, and the many healing traditions that have shaped my path.

As a white woman practicing acupuncture and East Asian medicine, I recognize the privilege and responsibility of carrying forward wisdom from traditions that are not my own. I approach this work with humility, respect, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

For over 35 years, I have witnessed the transformative power of movement, breath, touch, and presence. Today, I bring together yoga, acupuncture, and integrative medicine to help people find greater stability, resilience, and ease in their bodies and lives.

Warmly,
Amy

Ways we can work together

  • Cupping

A traditional therapy that uses suction to increase circulation, release tightness, and support recovery in the muscles and fascia.

  • Gua Sha

A therapeutic scraping technique used to release tension, increase circulation, and support the movement of stagnant energy.

  • Acupuncture

Gentle needle placement to support the body’s natural healing response, ease pain, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance.

  • Herbal Medicine

Customized plant-based support to help address underlying patterns and support healing from the inside out.

  • Tui Na

A hands-on bodywork practice rooted in East Asian medicine, used to support mobility, relieve pain, and bring the body back into alignment.

“Our issues often live within our tissues. Every symptom has a story. The body speaks through pain, tension, fatigue, and imbalance; not to punish us, but to get our attention.”

An integrated approach to healing that supports the body, mind, and spirit to help you find greater stability, resilience, freedom, and ease.

Healing is rarely about one symptom alone. My work is grounded in three interconnected pillars that support the whole person: physical health, spiritual well-being, and nourishment.

Physical

Supporting the body through acupuncture, touch, movement, and breath — helping ease pain, restore function, and create greater stability.

Spiritual

Creating space for reflection, presence, and deeper listening, so healing can include the emotional and energetic layers of your life.

Nutritional

Using food as medicine to support vitality, digestion, balance, and the body’s natural capacity to repair.

When we support the whole person, not just the symptom, we create the conditions for lasting healing and resilience.
